Twitch authorizes HEVC — and with it 2K — only for eligible channels, and there is no way to request your way in. SlimCast asks Twitch directly using your own stream key and shows you the answer: eligible, and your stream passes through untouched at full quality; not eligible, and you get a clean tuned 1080p feed with zero setup while your other destinations still run in 2K.
